On Saturday June 23rd The Committee To Eliminate Media Offensive To African People (CEMOTAP) is hosting a speaking event entitled "How Does The Media Cover Up Police Brutality?" Featured speakers will be legendary radio broadcaster Imhotep Gary Byrd, Milton Allimadi creator of BlackStarNews.com and of course James McIntosh. The speakers will discuss how the media always broadcasts the police version of a story, and how they (the media) always seek to vilify the victim in an effort to assassinate their character. This promises to be an informative event.
