The NYPD is investigating after a man who identified himself as a detective was caught on camera berating an Uber driver.
The traffic stop happened Tuesday after the Uber driver reportedly honked at the man because he didn't use a blinker.
A passenger in the car recorded the entire exchange.
The NYPD has launched an internal investigation.
According to CNN, the man is an NYPD detective who is assigned to the FBI's joint terrorism task force with top secret security clearance.
He's said to be facing suspension, reassignment and loss of his clearance.
