The new album is out, etc, amazing week for me indeed, but more importantly for me right now is taking a moment to acknowledge what's been transpiring as of late. Prayers to the families and friends of the victims in the Charleston church shooting (how are "church" and "shooting" in the same sentence? Smh). As someone who's entire family is from South Carolina and having spent every summer there as a kid (Charleston, Goose Creek, Summerville, and my backyard Moncks Corner), this literally hits home. Let's see how long it takes them to find this kid who did this. Stay woke out here yall. Pick up a copy of "The Willie Lynch Theory".
